Pros

  • High PIT Pushing Past T110.
  • Very High DPS!
  • Does not require crazy high gear.
  • Good Tankyness in Lightning builds.

Cons

  • Little Difficult to fix your mana without Diablo IV: Unique Item Ring of Starless Skies Ring of Starless Skies
  • Needs very heavy Investment into Attack Speed
